Opened in 1905 as the pension du Lac Bleu (Blue Lake), the hotel is located between Arolla and Evolène in val d'Hérens (Wallis). The hotel-bar is now affectionately called 'La Gouille'. Inventive cuisine, fresh & homemade. A musical bar, concerts and regular events. A new young team, has taken over management since October 2020.

Dicount 10% by night from the 5th of january to january 31 2021. 30% if you stay at least 3 nights And 40% if you stay at least 6 nights.
We are open non-stop every day (except some monday/tuesday, see the agenda).
On week-end we are open from 10 am to midnight.
For groups of more than 15 people, We can create a menu for you according to your tastes and your budget. On request only, at least 5 days in advance.
Food to take away all day, and also picnic, panini, salads, etc . See the menu.
2 to 3 times a week, we offer special take-away dishes (cassoulet, pot-au-feu, etc.). See informations on Instragram.
We have fitted out the outskirts of the Gouille and offer you much more terrace seats, while respecting the sanitary spacing.
You will find on the terrace our musical atmosphere as well as our gourmet menu : food, drinks, original cocktails, large selection of beers and wines, …
For your well-being, the breakfast tray is mainly composed of local and artisanal or homemade products.
Due to new constraints, breakfasts will be available on trays. No buffet. From 7:30 to 9:30 am.
Dormitories open in limited number due to COVID-19 distancing measures. For this reason, groups of more than 8 people benefit from preferential rates on request.
Our 9 rooms all have mountain views. Each room has a sink. Two bathrooms with shower and toilets are upstairs. An other toilet is also available upstairs.
The dormitory part has 3 showers and 2 toilets.The dormitories cannot be used by groups with minors unaccompanied by their parents.
In the morning, a breakfast is offered at an additional cost.
On reservation the evening before, a breakfast is available at the following times : 7h30 - 10h00 at a price of CHF 14 per person per day.
