A new cook for a new restaurant menu this summer
We are pleased to announce that, this summer, our team is getting stronger with the arrival of Brice in the kitchen.
We will be able to offer you a new catering menu that is both more extended and more sophisticated.
After a training in French hotel school, Brice was able to exercise his talents in various restaurants, including some starred (Le Cerf a Marlenheim / 1 Michelin star).
He join for this summer Ambre and Cyril who also did the French hotel school.
But what can we eat ?
We will now be able to respond even more quickly and with more variety to your culinary desires.
The catering menu for the summer season is under development. But, before the reopening of this summer, here are some exclusive dishes that will be proposed to you:
- The special burger La Gouille 100% homemade
- Homemade raviole in sauce
- Homemade terrines
- Small tapas
We will also regularly surprise you with delicious dishes of the day and new special evenings.
